Title of a song by Sting. This is Jasmine, :devuserJazzfox:'s white fox anthro. She has an Egyptian side to her character, so I thought it would be fun to experiment with. It started as a chibi in my sketchbook but the head wasn't looking good. She has a lean body and voila, anime. Havent drawn anime I've been happy with in a while until this =) So perhaps some more experimentation later on. For her art contest on gaia, and I hadn't placed, but she was nice and picked me to be bumped into a prize <3 Attempted a different type of CG and lineart, lineart is hot btw...lols...check scraps ^_~

Lineart and color are huuuuuge for me, like 3300 pixels wide, lol. Her fur is darker than I wanted, but I left it cause it was 3am when I finished coloring...lol Done in ONE SITTING: sketch 20 min, lineart 2 hrs, color 2.5 hours

I really like this picture. I wish I could give you some adive on how to make it better, but it seems flawless to me.

(this is the 5th time trying to post a comment) I really like this picture. I'd give you tips on what to improve on, but I can't find anything. And it would be hypacritical(sp?) of me if I did because this is much better than anything I ever did.

this is just beautiful and the shading is amazing..it almost looks like traditional art (except it looks too perfect to be traditional) :laughing:
